1. User Responsibility and Liability

You are solely and exclusively responsible for ensuring that any content you generate, download, or distribute through Vector Witch does not infringe upon any trademarks, service marks, trade dress, or other intellectual property rights owned by third parties.

This responsibility extends to:

• Content generated from text prompts that may describe trademarked items
• Images uploaded for style transformation that contain trademarked elements
• SVGs downloaded from the public Explore gallery
• Any derivative works created from generated content
• Commercial or non-commercial use of generated materials

2. No Trademark Rights Granted

Important Legal Notice: The technical ability to generate an SVG that contains or resembles trademarked elements does NOT grant you any rights, licenses, or permissions to use those trademarks. Vector Witch does not and cannot transfer trademark rights that it does not own.

You must obtain proper authorization from trademark owners before:

3. Public Gallery Warning

Critical Notice for Explore Page Users: Content available in our public Explore gallery may contain trademarked elements. Downloading and using such content does not grant you rights to any trademarks depicted. Users who download public SVGs are responsible for:

• Identifying any trademarked elements in downloaded content
• Obtaining necessary permissions before commercial use

4. Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree NOT to use Vector Witch to:

5. Examples of Trademark Infringement Risk

The following are examples of high-risk uses that likely constitute trademark infringement:

• Producing "Disney character" illustrations for party supplies

6. Fair Use and Permitted Uses

• Comparative Advertising: Lawful comparison of products

Vector Witch does NOT:

11. Reporting Trademark Violations

If you are a trademark owner and believe someone is using Vector Witch to infringe your trademark rights, please submit a complaint containing:
